This recipe makes about 2 servings!
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (60 ml)
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
👩🍳 Instructions
- Mix the Base: In a bowl, mix your wet ingredients (the mashed banana and peanut butter) together until smooth.
- Add the Dry: Add the cacao powder and baking powder, and stir until completely combined.
- Cook it Up: Pour the batter into a greased bowl or mug. Microwave for 1 ½ - 2 minutes (800W).
Oven Alternative: If you don’t have a microwave, you can bake it at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-15 minutes! - Serve & Enjoy: Enjoy straight from the bowl/mug! Or, wait for the cake to cool down for a few minutes, cover the bowl with a plate, and flip them upside down so the cake falls onto the plate. Serve with fresh berries for the ultimate dessert experience. 🍓
