Beef Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 400g of beef (sliced thinly)
- 3 cups of cooked rice (preferably day-old)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon of ginger (minced)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Wok
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Push the garlic and ginger to the side of the wok and crack the eggs into the center. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the eggs, stirring together until heated through.
- Add the cooked rice, beef, and soy sauce into the wok. Mix well to combine all ingredients and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
