Beef Egg Fried Rice

  • Preparation Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 400g of beef (sliced thinly)
  • 3 cups of cooked rice (preferably day-old)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons

Instructions:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  • In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Push the garlic and ginger to the side of the wok and crack the eggs into the center. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  • Add the mixed vegetables to the eggs, stirring together until heated through.
  • Add the cooked rice, beef, and soy sauce into the wok. Mix well to combine all ingredients and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
