Ingredients:
- 100g of Flour
- 50g of Brown Sugar
- 50g of Sugar
- 100g of Chocolate Chips
- 75g of Butter
- 50ml of Milk
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence

Instructions:
- In a bowl, melt the butter in the microwave until completely liquid.
- Add the brown sugar and sugar to the melted butter, and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla essence and milk into the mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined and a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Preheat the stove top to a low heat and place a non-stick pan on it.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the pan, leaving space in between for spreading.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and let cool before serving.
