Ingredients:

  • 100g of Flour
  • 50g of Brown Sugar
  • 50g of Sugar
  • 100g of Chocolate Chips
  • 75g of Butter
  • 50ml of Milk
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, melt the butter in the microwave until completely liquid.
  • Add the brown sugar and sugar to the melted butter, and mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the vanilla essence and milk into the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  • Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined and a dough forms.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Preheat the stove top to a low heat and place a non-stick pan on it.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the pan, leaving space in between for spreading.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the pan and let cool before serving.
