Who says you can't have dessert for breakfast? These Raspberry and Chocolate Blended Overnight Oats are rich, creamy, and packed with an incredible 28g of protein to fuel your day. Let's get right into the recipe!
🥣 Ingredients
For the Oats:
- 45g oat flour (just blended oats!)
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp yogurt of choice
- 130-140ml plant milk (
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam OR homemade jam (mix 30g thawed frozen raspberries with 1/2 tsp chia seeds)
For the Ganache:
- 10g cacao powder
- 1 tbsp warm water (give or take a few ml to reach the right consistency)
- 1 tsp sweetener of your choice
👩🍳 Method
- Blend & Base: Mix or blend all the ingredients for the oats (flour, protein powder, yogurt, and milk) until smooth. Pour the mixture into your favorite glass or jar.
- The Jam Layer: Top your oat mixture with the raspberry jam (or your homemade chia-raspberry mix).
- Create the Ganache: In a small separate bowl, mix your cacao powder, sweetener, and warm water. Keep stirring until it becomes completely smooth and glossy (it takes a little patience, but it's worth it!).
- Top & Chill: Pour the smooth chocolate ganache on top of the jam layer. Place it in the fridge overnight, or until you're ready to eat!
