Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring cups
  • Serving glass

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk the mixture thoroughly until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and there are no lumps.
  • Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let it thicken.
  • Once thickened, give it a good stir and transfer the pudding into a serving glass.
  • Top with mixed berries before serving.
