Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Cool Whip
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of Flour
- 1 cup of Chocolate Chips
- 1 can (14 oz) of Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup of Butter

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of softened butter and 1 can of condensed milk until smooth.
- Add 3 large eggs to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
- Gradually add 1 cup of flour and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips gently into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Dollop 1 cup of Cool Whip on top of the batter and swirl it in with a spatula for a marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
