Quick Gourmet Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 10g fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • cutting board
  • sharp knife
  • mixing bowl

Instructions:

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the avocado.
  • Crumble the feta cheese on top of the avocado and tomatoes.
  • Chop the basil leaves and sprinkle them over the mixture.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the ingredients, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Gently toss the mixture to combine, ensuring not to mash the avocado too much.
