  • Wrap or Tortilla

Instructions:

  • Lay the wrap or tortilla flat on the plate.
  • Slice the ham into thin strips.
  • Grate or slice the Seri cheese according to preference.
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Finely chop the lettuce and capsicum.
  • Layer the ham, cheese, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and capsicum on the wrap.
  • Roll the wrap tightly from one end to the other, ensuring all fillings are enclosed.
  • Cut the wrap in half for easier handling.
