Nutritious Oatmeal with Banana and Almonds

Ingredients:

  • 40g of rolled oats
  • 1 medium banana
  • 15g of almonds
  • 200ml of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
  • Cinnamon to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Cooking pot
  • Spoon
  • Bowl

Instructions:

  • In a cooking pot, combine the rolled oats and almond milk.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until the oats are cooked.
  • While the oats are cooking, slice the banana and chop the almonds.
  • Once the oatmeal is cooked, remove it from heat and transfer to a bowl.
  • Top the oatmeal with sliced banana, chopped almonds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Drizzle honey on top if desired and serve immediately.
