Nutty Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 50g of oats
  • 30g of almond butter
  • 10g of honey
  • 20g of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  • 20g of protein powder
  • 15g of dark chocolate chips
  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Baking tray
  • Parchment paper

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, and honey until well mixed.
  • Add the chopped nuts, protein powder, dark chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients well until fully combined.
  • Once the mixture is well combined, use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the formed balls onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help them firm up before serving.
