Ingredients:
- 50g of oats
- 30g of almond butter
- 10g of honey
- 20g of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
- 20g of protein powder
- 15g of dark chocolate chips
- a pinch of salt
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon
- Baking tray
- Parchment paper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, and honey until well mixed.
- Add the chopped nuts, protein powder, dark chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients well until fully combined.
- Once the mixture is well combined, use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the formed balls onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help them firm up before serving.
