Ingredients:
- 200ml of Almond Milk
- 1 tsp of Yeast
- 100g of Chocolate Chips
- 50ml of Coffee
- 100g of Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
- 30ml of Vegetable Oil
- 30g of Mayonnaise
- 10g of Gelatin
- 20g of Cocoa
- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 200ml of Tea
- 150g of Flour
- 100g of Oats
- 150g of All Purpose Flour
- 100g of Breadcrumbs
- 200g of Bread
- 150g of Barley
- 200ml of Milk
- 100g of Condensed Milk
- 50g of Butter
- 200g of Strawberry
- 50ml of Lemon Juice
- 50g of Raisins
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Apples
- 30ml of Olive Oil
- 50g of Honey
- 100g of Sugar
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine the Almond Milk, Yeast, Coffee, Vanilla Essence, and Vegetable Oil. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, melt the Dark Chocolate and Butter together, then mix in the Mayonnaise and Condensed Milk until well combined.
- Dissolve the Gelatin in warm water and add it to the chocolate mixture.
- In another bowl, combine the Flour, Oats, Cocoa, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and Sugar.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the wet chocolate mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the Chocolate Chips, Raisins, and chopped Bananas and Apples into the batter.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it. Spread it evenly.
- Top with sliced Strawberries and drizzle with Honey.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into bars and serve.
