Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:
- 500g of chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil; whisk until well mixed.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Once hot, add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, pour in the honey garlic mixture.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer for 2-3 minutes, then mix cornstarch and water in a separate bowl and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir well to coat in the sauce, simmering for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
