Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 200g of ground beef
  • 100g of egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 inch of ginger, minced
  • 100g of bell peppers, sliced
  • 50g of green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat the wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Add the ground beef to the wok and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger to the beef, stirring until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and cook until they are tender yet still crisp.
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the wok.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing everything well to coat the noodles and beef evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for another minute.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
