Ingredients:
- 200g of ground beef
- 100g of egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch of ginger, minced
- 100g of bell peppers, sliced
- 50g of green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Wok
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting Board
Instructions:
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the ground beef to the wok and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the beef, stirring until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and cook until they are tender yet still crisp.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the wok.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing everything well to coat the noodles and beef evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for another minute.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
