Creamy Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

  • 250g of pasta
  • 300g of chicken breast
  • 200ml of heavy cream
  • 200g of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100g of Parmesan cheese
  • 100g of mozzarella cheese

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Chop the bell pepper and add it to the skillet along with halved cherry tomatoes. Sauté for a few minutes until slightly softened.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and vegetable mixture in a baking dish. Mix well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, followed by mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
