Ingredients:
- 250g of pasta
- 300g of chicken breast
- 200ml of heavy cream
- 200g of cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 100g of Parmesan cheese
- 100g of mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Chop the bell pepper and add it to the skillet along with halved cherry tomatoes. Sauté for a few minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and vegetable mixture in a baking dish. Mix well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, followed by mozzarella cheese.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
