Slow Cooker Butter Chicken

Ingredients:
- 500g of chicken breast
- 200g of plain yogurt
- 100g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon of garam masala
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger minced
- 400g of canned tomatoes
- 200ml of heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat the slow cooker to low.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, curry powder, ground cumin, garam masala, minced garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well, then let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken mixture into the slow cooker and add the canned tomatoes and butter.
- Stir everything together to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- After cooking, stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
