Spicy Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 100g of onions, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat a pan on the stove top over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onions and green chillies, sautéing until the onions become translucent.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan, stirring well to combine.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and infused with the flavours of the onions and chillies.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately as a spicy snack.
