Tropical Tuna Melt Avocado Bake

Ingredients:

  • 150g of tuna fish
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100g of mango
  • 100g of ricotta cheese
  • 50g of gouda cheese
  • 50g of cheddar cheese
  • 30g of olives
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 spring onions
  • 50g of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 50ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Microwave Oven
  • Blender
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • In a bowl, mix the tuna fish, ricotta cheese, chopped olives, mayonnaise, and diced onion. Set aside.
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop some flesh out to create more space for the filling. Mash the scooped avocado with the mango and mix in the egg.
  • Stuff the avocado halves with the tuna mixture and top with gouda, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the stuffed avocados in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180°C (356°F) until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
  • As a side, sauté the spring onions in butter on the stove top for about 2 minutes and serve alongside.
