Stir-Fried Tofu with Vegetables and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 200g of firm tofu
  • 150g of broccoli
  • 100g of bell peppers
  • 100g of carrots
  • 150g of cooked brown rice
  • 30ml of soy sauce
  • 15ml of sesame oil
  • 10g of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Peper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Measuring Cup

Instructions:

  • Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown.
  • Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the wok, stir-frying until they are tender yet crisp.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and mix well, allowing the vegetables and tofu to absorb the flavor.
  • Serve the stir-fried tofu and vegetables over the cooked brown rice.
