Ingredients:
- 200g of firm tofu
- 150g of broccoli
- 100g of bell peppers
- 100g of carrots
- 150g of cooked brown rice
- 30ml of soy sauce
- 15ml of sesame oil
- 10g of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Peper to taste

Instructions:
- Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the wok, stir-frying until they are tender yet crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix well, allowing the vegetables and tofu to absorb the flavor.
