Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 400g)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cooking spray

Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and then coat each with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it firmly so it adheres.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts inside, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry the chicken at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Continue air frying until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with additional marinara sauce on the side and enjoy your meal.
