Baked Salmon with Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 200g of salmon fillet
- 150g of broccoli florets
- 10g of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100g of cooked quinoa
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven
- Baking tray
- Steamer
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Measuring cups
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon, then season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the cooked quinoa as per package instructions if not pre-cooked.
- Once everything is ready, serve the baked salmon alongside the steamed broccoli and quinoa.
