Baked Salmon with Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 200g of salmon fillet
  • 150g of broccoli florets
  • 10g of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100g of cooked quinoa

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking tray
  • Steamer
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring cups

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Place the salmon fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In the meantime, prepare the cooked quinoa as per package instructions if not pre-cooked.
  • Once everything is ready, serve the baked salmon alongside the steamed broccoli and quinoa.
