Turkey Wrap with Hummus and Veggies

Ingredients:
- 100g of sliced turkey breast
- 50g of hummus
- 1 whole wheat wrap (about 60g)
- 50g of spinach
- 30g of bell peppers
- 30g of cucumber
- 10g of carrots
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Wrapping Paper
- Spatula
Instructions:
- Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a cutting board.
- Spread the hummus evenly over the wrap.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the hummus.
- Add the spinach, bell peppers, cucumber, and carrots on top of the turkey.
- Carefully roll the wrap tightly, starting from one side to the other.
- Once rolled, slice the wrap in half and serve.
