Turkey Wrap with Hummus and Veggies

  • Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 100g of sliced turkey breast
  • 50g of hummus
  • 1 whole wheat wrap (about 60g)
  • 50g of spinach
  • 30g of bell peppers
  • 30g of cucumber
  • 10g of carrots

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Wrapping Paper
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a cutting board.
  • Spread the hummus evenly over the wrap.
  • Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the hummus.
  • Add the spinach, bell peppers, cucumber, and carrots on top of the turkey.
  • Carefully roll the wrap tightly, starting from one side to the other.
  • Once rolled, slice the wrap in half and serve.
