BBQ Herb-Infused Sausage and Carrot Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 4 sausages
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 150g of white rice
- 100g of BBQ sauce
- 50g of garlic aioli
- 30g of Nando’s sauce
- a mix of herbs (parsley, thyme, and oregano) to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Air Fryer
- Stove Top
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the sausages in a baking dish and drizzle with 50g of BBQ sauce. Bake for 20 minutes until they're cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Meanwhile, cook the white rice according to package instructions, then set aside.
- In a skillet over the stove, heat a tablespoon of oil and sauté the sliced carrots for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add a mix of herbs, salt, and pepper to the carrots and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Once the sausages are done, remove them from the oven and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, sautéed carrots, and sliced sausages. Drizzle with 50g of Nando’s sauce and stir until well mixed.
- Serve the rice bowl topped with a generous dollop of garlic aioli and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
