Ingredients:
- 300g of ground beef
- 200g of white rice
- 50g of peanut butter
- 100g of shredded cheese
- 1 can of canned soup
- 100g of mashed potatoes
- 200ml of almond milk
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the white rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and canned soup, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, peanut butter, almond milk, and honey until combined.
- In a baking dish, layer the ground beef mixture followed by the rice mixture.
- Spread the mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted.
