In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the corn and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
In a blender, combine the milk, Cholula, and half of the cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, corn, and the tuna. Pour the blended mixture over the meat and corn, mixing until well combined.
Take the bread and cut it into small cubes. In a baking dish, layer half of the bread cubes on the bottom.
Pour half of the beef and corn mixture over the bread cubes, followed by half of the remaining cheese. Repeat the layers finishing with the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
