Ingredients:
- 18g of freshly ground espresso coffee
- 150ml of water
- 120ml of whole milk

- Espresso machine
- Coffee grinder
- Milk frother
- Measuring cup
- Coffee cup
Instructions:
- Begin by heating the espresso machine and grinding the coffee beans to a fine consistency.
- Tamp the ground coffee into the portafilter and attach it to the espresso machine.
- Pull a shot of espresso using 18g of coffee and 150ml of water. Aim for a 30ml shot in about 25-30 seconds.
- While the espresso is brewing, steam the whole milk using a milk frother until it reaches a velvety texture and creates microfoam.
- Pour the espresso into a coffee cup, then gently add the steamed milk, holding back the foam with a spoon to create a layered effect.
- Finally, spoon the milk foam on top of the espresso, finishing with a dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon if desired.
