Ingredients:
- 100g of Lettuce
- 50g of Green Peas
- 100g of Cucumber
- 100g of Corn
- 100g of Celery
- 100g of Broccoli
- 200g of Potatoes
- 150g of Grass Fed Chicken
- 150g of Ham
- 100g of Tortilla
- 20ml of Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash and chop the lettuce, cucumber, celery, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil the potatoes in a pot until tender, then peel and mash them with a fork.
- Cook the grass-fed chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil until fully cooked, then shred it.
- In the same skillet, add ham and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped lettuce, cucumber, green peas, corn, celery, and broccoli.
- Add in the shredded chicken and ham to the vegetable mixture, and season with salt to taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spread some of the mashed potatoes on top, then a generous portion of the vegetable and protein mixture.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Place the wraps in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
