Vegetarian Spinach and Hummus Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 100g of whole wheat tortilla
  • 50g of spinach leaves
  • 75g of hummus
  • 30g of shredded carrots
  • 50g of cucumber, sliced
  • 10g of feta cheese (optional)
  • 10g of tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Wrap Maker

Instructions:

  • Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  • Add the spinach leaves on top of the hummus.
  • Sprinkle shredded carrots and sliced cucumber over the spinach.
  • If using, crumble feta cheese on top and drizzle with tahini.
  • Add a splash of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully roll the tortilla from one side to the other to form a wrap.
  • Slice in half and serve.
