In a blender, combine the cashew nuts, boiled and mashed potatoes, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and corn. Blend until smooth, but leave some texture.
In a mixing bowl, add the blended mixture, chopped onions, and eggs. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
Take the bread slices and cut off the crusts. Soften them in warm water for a minute, then squeeze out excess water and add them to the mixture. Mix until everything is combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the patties until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the patties and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
