Herbed Chicken Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients:
- 200g of quinoa
- 2 chicken breasts (about 300g)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 200g of mixed bell peppers
- 1 medium zucchini
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it according to the package instructions (about 15 minutes).
- Meanwhile, slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chicken strips until they are fully cooked and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop the bell peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the pan with the chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but crisp.
- Once the quinoa is finished cooking, fluff it with a fork and divide it between two serving bowls.
- Top the quinoa with the chicken and vegetable mixture, and serve warm.
