Expert Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 400g of cauliflower (grated into rice-like texture)
  • 100g of carrots (diced)
  • 100g of peas
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 3 cloves of garlic ( minced)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Spatula
  • Measuring Cups

Instructions:

  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the diced carrots and peas, cooking until just tender.
  • Push the vegetables to the side and add the beaten eggs, scrambling them until cooked.
  • Add the grated cauliflower rice to the wok, mixing everything together well.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss in the chopped green onions before serving.
