Expert Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 400g of cauliflower (grated into rice-like texture)
- 100g of carrots (diced)
- 100g of peas
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 3 cloves of garlic ( minced)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Wok
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Spatula
- Measuring Cups
Instructions:
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced carrots and peas, cooking until just tender.
- Push the vegetables to the side and add the beaten eggs, scrambling them until cooked.
- Add the grated cauliflower rice to the wok, mixing everything together well.
- Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss in the chopped green onions before serving.
