Philly Cheesesteak Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 300g of ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 large lettuce leaves (preferably romaine)
- 100g of provolone cheese, sliced
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- grill
- knife
- cutting board
- skillet
- spatula
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the ribeye steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the cooked steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until they become soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the vegetables, mixing well.
- Place the provolone cheese on top and cover the skillet with a lid, letting it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- While the cheese is melting, wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
- Once the cheese is melted, spoon the steak mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.
