Gluten-free Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 200g of dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 100g of unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 150g of granulated sugar
  • 60g of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Grease the baking pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before whisking in the eggs one by one.
  • Add in the granulated sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until fully combined and smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  • Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and serving.
