Gluten-free Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 200g of dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 100g of unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 150g of granulated sugar
- 60g of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease the baking pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before whisking in the eggs one by one.
- Add in the granulated sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and serving.
