Ingredients:
- 200g of chicken breast
- 50ml of soy sauce
- 30ml of mirin
- 20g of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 50g of broccoli florets
- 50g of bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 spring onion, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
- Begin by slicing the chicken breast into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger together to create the teriyaki sauce.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the wok and cook for an additional 3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring continuously for another 2 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion.
