Vegetable Stir-Fried Delight with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 200g of Mushroom, sliced
  • 150g of Spinach, chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies, slit
  • 4 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 100g of Corn, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium Capsicum, diced
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 100ml of Milk

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
  • Incorporate sliced mushrooms, diced capsicum, carrot, and bell pepper, cooking until tender.
  • Add the corn and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Toss in the chopped spinach and green chillies, seasoning with sea salt and white pepper, until the spinach wilts.
  • In a separate bowl, combine milk and soya sauce to create a creamy sauce. Pour this over the vegetable mix, stirring to combine well.
  • Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 20 minutes for added crispiness.
