Vegetable Stir-Fried Delight with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 200g of Mushroom, sliced
- 150g of Spinach, chopped
- 2 Green Chillies, slit
- 4 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 100g of Corn, fresh or frozen
- 1 medium Capsicum, diced
- 1 medium Carrot, julienned
- 1 medium Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 100ml of Milk

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
- Incorporate sliced mushrooms, diced capsicum, carrot, and bell pepper, cooking until tender.
- Add the corn and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the chopped spinach and green chillies, seasoning with sea salt and white pepper, until the spinach wilts.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk and soya sauce to create a creamy sauce. Pour this over the vegetable mix, stirring to combine well.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 20 minutes for added crispiness.
