Gluten-free Dutch Apple Pie with Streusel Crust

Ingredients:
- 2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 100g gluten-free flour
- 50g almond flour
- 70g brown sugar
- 75g butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, almond flour, 50g of brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture and rub it in until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust, then place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well coated.
- Pour the apple mixture into the chilled pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining streusel mixture over the top of the apples.
- Brush the edges of the crust with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the apples are tender and the crust is golden brown.
