Keto Beef Stroganoff Preparation Time: 55 Minutes Total Calories : 460kcal Ingredients: 300g of beef sirloin, sliced thinly 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 250g of mushrooms, sliced 1 cup of beef broth 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 200g of sour cream Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Chopped parsley for garnish Kitchen Tools Needed: Frying pan Chopping board Knife Measuring cups Spatula Saucepan Instructions: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin and sear until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they're soft and any liquid is evaporated. Pour in the beef broth, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Lower the heat and return the seared beef to the pan. Stir well to coat the beef with the sauce. Before serving, mix in the sour cream and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
