Keto Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 300g of beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 250g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 200g of sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan
  • Chopping board
  • Knife
  • Measuring cups
  • Spatula
  • Saucepan

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin and sear until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they're soft and any liquid is evaporated.
  • Pour in the beef broth, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and return the seared beef to the pan. Stir well to coat the beef with the sauce.
  • Before serving, mix in the sour cream and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
