These healthy brownies are going to completely blow your mind! ✨ Made with a secret ingredient (sweet potato!) they are ultra-fudgy, perfectly sweet, and completely dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.


🍫 Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cooked sweet potato (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp oil (coconut, olive, or macadamia)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (plus extra for sprinkling on top!)

👩‍🍳 How to Make Them

  1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Batter: Add all of your ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into a large baking bowl and mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the Chocolate: Gently stir in your 1/2 cup of vegan chocolate chips.
  4. Pour & Top: Pour the thick, fudgy batter into your prepared baking pan. Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips right on top for good measure!
  5. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set.
  6. Cool & Serve: Let the brownies cool for at least an hour before slicing so they can properly set up. Enjoy besties! 💗
